Sessions are shaped around your goals before you arrive: the techniques you want to nail, the gaps you want to close, and the kind of work you want to be doing six months from now. Whether that's a focused half-day or a few days deep in the detail, it's built for you, not run off a script.

Most stylists are capped by the chair, fully booked, working seven days, and still hitting a ceiling. Extensions rewrite that equation.

Maddy travels for training. The Gold Coast salon is home base, but a lot of the stylists and salons who reach out are in regional towns and remote communities where this kind of specialist training simply doesn't exist locally. If that's you, get in touch. Group bookings make travel cost-effective, and it's some of the most rewarding work Maddy does.

  • In Australia, you don't need a formal hairdressing qualification to learn or apply hair extensions, but salon experience helps. If you're unsure whether the courses are right for you, get in touch with a bit about your background and Maddy can advise.

  • Anything Beauty Lab GC related, booking a hair extension appointment, asking about an online course, enquiring about in-person or salon team training, or chatting through whether a course is right for you before you enrol.

  • Maddy answers personally, usually within 1 to 2 business days. If you've messaged on a weekend or during a busy salon day, it might take a bit longer, but every enquiry gets a reply.
